Timothy Treadwell loved bears, foxes and all things wild. He had a wonderful, positive vision for their preservation, and spent 13 years photographing them in the majesty of Katmai National Park in Alaska.

This site is a place to share his pictures of wild animals living wild lives in wild places. In addition to this photo archive, there are hundreds of hours of video and years of journals chronicling Timothy’s summers in the wild.  All of these could be combined to make a unique gallery or museum multi-media exhibition. The possibilities for greeting cards, limited edition prints, educational materials and other products are endless. A portion of all proceeds will help fund Grizzly People, the non-profit organization that Timothy founded.  Please email Jewel Palovak for more information at timothytreadwellphotography@gmail.com if you are interested in representing or exhibiting the photos of Timothy Treadwell
